If he for a second thinks people will perceive him as weak for not escalating, I don’t see him backing down 
IDK what to do except maintain a shred of faith that enough of us are working together to somehow manifest a deterrence to him crossing the uncrossable at the moment it is needed. And I recognize that so far, that faith has been shattered in one atrocity after another.

I worry a bit that this messaging about generations is faulty and could come back to haunt us because we somehow got it wrong. I play poker and work with many olds who are super liberal Trump haters and socialist minded when it comes to taking care of minorities and the sick. Also, I know of far too many people in their 30s who are racist POS Trump supporters. These age numbers aren’t playing out in real life (at least around me) like young internet people portray it where all the Trump supporters are all old boomer Fox News types. I do however, think that Dem centrists are most likely to be boomers. So here’s my completely non scientific study…
