I have a year in NC. Biscuits are definitely the best thing there. Pimento cheese is something I never had before but I guess is common in SC and GA too? Just get some Bojangles. There is one in Reading, PA and it’s the most quintessential NC thing.

nope. biscuits as a sandwich. it’s very NC as far as I know. There were numerous places in Chapel Hill alone that did basically just biscuits.
Shrimp and grits is the best SC thing imo but probably not really suitable for this.
Yeah agreed on shrimp and grits or any low country food but given that it may or may not get eaten on election night and the timing is unpredictable, it’s gotta be simple stuff that can be grilled/microwaved. Like Georgia is grilled peaches.
Get a dozen biscuits from Bojangles if it’s close by, buy some pimento cheese spread. NC approved.

Seems like it just gives SCOTUS a freeroll. If Trump is losing, then you let it stand. If he’s winning, you order them destroyed.
