I teach a small PhD seminar on Mondays and Wednesdays. I just told the students today that next week is going to be a little different - they’re going to pick the research papers that we talk about, and they’re going to lead the discussion entirely. I framed this as an intentional pedagogical choice, rather than due to me being completely worthless on Wednesday.

Bojangles in the T-concourse of ATL airport is one of the best airport food values I’ve ever found - if your goal is to fill up and not donate your left arm. Everything is normal priced. Chicken tender salad with a couple ranch dressings will fill you right up with its 1000 or whatever calories for like $7.
Although now there’s a Chipotle in (I think) D concourse that is non-inflated pricing so that is good value too.

RE: PA, 70 percent of the democratic absentee requested ballots have been returned. Only 54 percent of the Republican ones have. 592k dem ballots still outstanding, 360k republican ones still outstanding. So there are only 130k more dem than repub absentees outstanding than republican ones, and there are still 6 days left for these ballots to be recieved. I don’t think it’s at all clear that there is going to be this huge trove of extremely dem leaning ballots still outstanding as of 8 pm on Election Day.
