I assume so but didn’t look into the specs too much. They’re almost certainly designed to be worn for shorter durations than many hours.

In people who live in the developed world who eat a reasonable diet, multivitamins and supplements are not needed unless you’re doing something weird

I don’t think people in the know would be fooled but there is a lot of hiding the juice when it comes to influencers both Hollywood and below and a lot of young and dumb to midrange knowledgeable men who just don’t know to look for the signs.

@CaffeineNeeded would it be a bad idea to use the WHO oral rehydration formula (the newer one with 2.6g/L sodium) as a sports drink after a rapid loss of sweat? Should it be diluted for that purpose?
