I’m in the “this was a tough one” camp as well. My first 5 since having a set first two words
Almost broke my streak. Seems lile this word was more difficult for most. Probably the most green boxes I’ve ever gotten though, so thats worth something. Right?

I got it in 4, but I was staring at turns 3 and 4 for a long-ass time.
I have a stupid question, when you guys post your daily attempts, are the letters supposed to show? All I see are the colored boxes, not the letters
Today my wife got it in two. Her first attempt had no correct letters, and her second attempt was the answer. We are both a little freaked out. Thinking of buying a lottery ticket

As noted by @MrWookie a few posts up, the genius of the sharing is that it doesn’t spoil the answer and also creates another puzzle of sorts for your friends to try to figure out what word progression you took.
I am happy to see so many fellow pemmican fans for 223.

I have two starting words that pretty much always get a 4. If I try to improvise with the second word to incorporate letters from the first, I get a 4 or a 5. One freaking time I got lucky and got a 3.
Yeah, this is my strategy. AROSE and UNTIL. But I got a 5 with these today.

I just use AISLE and COURT based on what you said unless I get multiple letters on AISLE. Basically same that I get mostly fours, for example today:
