I don’t get how you can be for Pete and be purity testing Bernie over an endorsement of Uygar. I’m going to go out on a limb and say that actively trying to move the Dem party right is much worse than endorsing a guy who has made a few off color comments on his show before. No one on earth is going to care about this Bernie story besides the Bernie haters out there because it is a nothing story.

I mean, ATC defend Cenk pretty heavily a few posts up. Champ seems to think that as long as you support M4A you can say whatever you want about women.

I know having healthcare for people that need it isn’t that important to you (obviously), but I’ll take some shitty and offensive comments if it means more people get the healthcare they desperately need.

I said it’s the first time I felt ire at one of Bernie’s decisions in this race. He should be more aware of the political environment…especially in Katie Hill’s case. He shouldn’t have touched it with a 10-ft pole.

I wonder why I still post here. It’s obvious no one takes anything I say at face value, they all think I’m lying or can’t possibly be sincere. They like to put words or thoughts in my mouth and say ridiculous things like I’m “not happy about Bernie existing” when i was FOR BERNIE IN 2016.
Oh, and the dismissal of my concerns about misogyny is pretty rich, too.
He is +105 vs. the field on 5Dimes a year out the field side wins if he gets impeached/removed, dies, becomes unable to continue because of health or whatever. So he absolutely is a favorite if he makes the election.
No one is dismissing your concerns or saying what he said wasn’t shitty. We have literally one presidential candidate who supports a policy that can save millions of lives. There is no other ethical or morally defensible choice. He shouldn’t have endorsed Cenk but whatever he retracted it and it’s time to press forward.

I hope not - I mean, things SHOULD improve once the dem field narrows down - it’s still tough for any dem to get momentum when no one is above 30% or so, but that problem is going to self solve in a few months (barring some stupid third party nonsense). Trump is going to continue shooting himself in the foot and reloading, and at some point the “this time we’re gonna have a China deal” is going to be exposed and the ONLY thing he has going for him is the economic numbers, which are going to get worse.
But it feels way too Borisy right not.
