For the record he’s clearly not saying that since he supports billions of taxpayer funding going into education making him significantly left of the status-quo. Debate should be just what level of funding is appropriate. No need to fund rich people seems like a good cutoff point.
It’s true, not everyone wants to go to school to make more money, mostly because they have bills and can’t afford not to work. Bloomberg’s kids were going to Harvard anyway and noone gonna pay for that under Bernie’s plan.
What happens to kids with rich parents who don’t support them under Pete’s plan?

Anyway, Kamala Harris seems like the establishment VP pick who would be a terrible reality pick, simply because she represents California and that’s basically the last place a VP pick should be from for this election.
