if the quinnipac poll iowa results today were the actual caucus results–Pete wins. He lead the 2nd choice of those polled and was the first other choice of all those who aren’t getting 15%.

Of course half said they’re not entrenched with their candidate so

Nate is right. Pete is taking votes from Liz and Biden, but not Bernie. Put another way, If Pete dropped out today, Liz and Biden would get many more of his voters than Bernie.

“The people running against me tell me I’m naïve, one said I should be in the Republican primary, God love her.”

Go fuck yourself, Joe.

I honestly think a lot of people don’t get just how much discontent there is among the peasants with the healthcare status quo. An awful lot of people put off or didn’t get semi necessary healthcare because they couldn’t afford it in the last 12 months. An awful lot of people (who have insurance!) went bankrupt last year because of medical care, and they in turn know a lot of people.

I see gofundme’s for major healthcare problems literally every day on facebook and linkedin of all places. Linkedin!

People know it’s fucked up and they aren’t remotely OK with how things are. The only people who don’t get this are in the top 10-20% economically and are way out of touch. Sorry.

I just did open enrollment, my employer contribution for healthcare is $18,000 per year. For many people, this is why they aren’t getting raises and it needs to be more clearly communicated that that raise they aren’t getting is going right into the pockets of insurance companies and big pharma.

R’s would LOVE to run campaign ads saying dems are getting rid of your health insurance.

Also I have to pay for that out of pocket; so saying I’m out of touch you can go bleep off.

And they’ll run those ads regardless of what actual policies are being proposed because they’re lying slimeballs. So?

Dems would LOVE to run attack ads saying Republicans want to force you to keep your terrible insurance.

That’s a dumb ad. Republicans literally want to take away your health insurance

Making schools daycares is going to really turn her campaign around, this is what middle America has been waiting for.

I typed that sarcastically but with how expensive actual daycare is she might get a legit bump from it.

Why would you think it’s not just 2 hours of additional recess or something?

Why would you think that’s the solution if that’s the case?

how the hell are kids going to play sports if school doesn’t end until six?

Do you think some parents getting an additional 2 hours of child care for free when they can’t get away from work is a bad thing?
