I think what you’re reacting to is that, at the moment, Biden is an unpopular president seeking a second term while Trump is a popular figure inside his party who is winning primary races. Looks like they published a story somewhere according to community notes, which wasn’t there when I posted.
I have to think that community notes doesn’t have long to live. Too much truth flying around.
Corn seems to refer to the print edition, which has an actual front page and an inside. The note cites an online article. So both could be saying something true.
