Whereupon We Pontificate About Poor Media Outlet Choices

Most politicians aren’t loyal to anyone but themselves. The accusation being made is that they are willing to take help from wherever they can get it, even if that means knowingly being used as a tool by Russia for their own purposes.

This has been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt w/ Trump, to some degree w/ Stein and is mere conjecture w/ Gabbard.

Republicans regularly call all dems commies and socialist. Its like the definition of red baiting.

Don’t expect any good faith arguments from me anymore.

I wasn’t!

Good.

A Lansing Sun story describing Michigan’s well-padded road repair fund first caught the attention of Matt Grossmann, director of Michigan State University’s Institute for Public Policy and Social Research. The angle seemed odd, considering the role Michigan’s crumbling infrastructure played in Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s campaign and the fall’s budget negotiations.

He was scrolling through his Facebook feed and saw the story promoted. Not recognizing the outlet, he clicked through to discover the vast network of related outlets “made to sound like local newspapers.”

The road story and many others on Lansing Sun appeared to be right-leaning, said Grossmann, who leads the research institute and its bipartisan political leadership training program.

Political information outlets aren’t new, he said, but presenting them as non-biased local news sources is.

“The big issue is this extent to which they have gone to try to confuse about this being the site of a local newspaper,” he said.

Daily reminder to not use Facebook, Instagram, what’s app etc etc blah blah

Meanwhile, on Fox

I like WaPo in general, but continuing to give this asshole a column is a bad look.

Yeah, I think the truth is somewhere closer to this regarding Trump/Putin. I think Trump only cates about himself and he is easily manipulated by people like Putin into furthering Putin’s ends without Putin having some storage room full of Trump kompromat that he uses to force Trump to do what he wants.

It took Hilldawg like five days to correct this? Did Hillary’s spokesman, when asked if Hillary was talking about Gabbard, misspeak when saying “if the nesting doll fits”?

Don’t buy this nonsense. This is just Hilldawg backtracking when she sees that this garbage isn’t playing nearly as well as she hoped. Well, except around these parts I guess.

The Clintons hate the press because the press hates the clintons because the clintons hate the press…

Yeah I mean this very much feels fake. Did they release the audio or anything?

It was on a podcast! I’ve heard it.
