Not to mention that the attribution to China is that a hacking group that security services simply tell us is Chinese is ‘highly likely’ to be involved (the link similarly is just stated). Whereas the Israel link is that there’s a company started by Israeli Intelligence operatives, funded by Israeli and US venture capital, that we know designed and sold it.
