xbox one are as good as the 360s i dont notice a difference, i have the same issue with my kids abusing the PDP ones too but they are much cheaper

You can block while healing

I liberated the whole island and got every shrine. Have all the techniques and upgraded everything. No fights left to do, looks like I’m done unless I want to get all the collectables (lol no).

Shame there’s not more content to do like ng+.

I have no problem with the quality of the PDP controllers - they seem nice to me. Over time, though, the kids just wear the sticks out. Plus, my youngest accidentally drops them a lot and spilled a milkshake on one (I cleaned it out, but the D-pad is stiff now that I put it back together).

Late in the game step dodge/counter attacking is incredibly strong. I rushed the abilities that let you parry unblockable sword attacks and spearmen.

Late in the game spearmen are a joke and shieldmen are the absolute biggest pain in the ass.

Whenever i encountered spearmen early on I just instinctively shoot an arrow to their dome or take them out with a kunai stun. Way easier. Most of them don’t wear helmets.

A Google search on the part of Schwartz suggested that Boyne must have perfunctorily searched for “how to dye clothes red” to come up with the passage, landing on a site listing the recipe for red dye in the game, which was released in 2017.

“He found a site listing monster parts and accidentally put them in his Very Serious book. I am very embarrassed for him and this is my nightmare but it’s also very funny,” said Schwartz. “Anyway. Let this be a lesson to all novelists to read the full context of the things you’re looking up for your books but if you do make mistakes, at least let them be hilarious.”

Do you have game pass? I also think there might be a demo on their site. Checking

Boom. You’re welcome. It’s down near the bottom

I couldn’t believe it was only like $17 in the Switch online store here in Mexico, I thought for sure it was like a full release. Is that the same price as Switch store in USA? I can never tell, sometimes games are more expensive here, sometimes less.

I believe its 19.99 in the US store. Also 19.99 on Steam.

I 100%ed on Monday night, total play time of 63 hours. Well well well worth the $20 for the game.

I think the creators are… Dutch? Finnish? Some kind of Northern European.

Yah seems like a no brainer at that price. Also recommended it to my brother who is in his 40s and never really got into 3D gaming. His fave game is Link to the Past, so I’m sure it will be right up his alley.
