Oh! One thing I wanted to mention here. I would have gotten this on the switch as well if it wasnt free on gamepass. However, the developers have stated that they hated the issues that came along with conversion to the switch, and probably wouldnt have done a switch port had they known.

That being said, there are a few more bugs in the switch version than any other version, so be prepared for some small frustrations. The team is working on multiple patches to fix switch issues I believe.

You got me. Iā€™ll buy this and begin as soon as I finish Linkā€™s Awakening.

So should I buy through Steam? I donā€™t mind playing on a computer. I even have a USB controller so Iā€™m not stuck in the dark ages of keyboard shortcuts. Though I suppose some would see keyboard shortcuts as the wave of the future :face_with_monocle:

I would recommend PC or Xbox one, yes

Also, hell yeah. I hope everyone enjoys it. I have not been enamored with a game like this in ages. Hell, I read the subreddit for it regularly which I dont think Iā€™ve ever done for a single game before

Sweet. Not often you express so much love and excitement for something. That alone makes me eager to check it out and see what has taken such strong hold of your favor :+1:

Itā€™s funny, Iā€™m in the middle of S4 of Parks and Rec and I feel like Rob Loweā€™s character talking about anything when I talk about this game.

So I wasnā€™t sure where else to put this, so I thought I would put it here.

My wife and I are kinda on opposite schedules now that Im back to work, so I hit the hay like 3-4 hours before her now. That being said, she stays up, watches tv, etc and can be a bit loud, so I have taken to wearing my headphones to bed, specifically the Crosscode soundtrack. I throw it on shuffle and drift off not having to worry about others in the house being loud.

But now my dreams are all screwy. I donā€™t remember them (never really been able to do so) and they arenā€™t specifically about Crosscode, but based on the soundtrack there are moments of calm, moments of happy, and then moments of fairly intense when I hit a track dealing with combat. And those general moment feelings are now seeping into my dreams. They will go from calm, peaceful and tranquil to action packed and pulse pounding.

Iā€™ve never really had anything affect my dreams in such a manner. Does anyone else listen to music while they sleep, and if so, does it affect your dreams in similar ways?

Might be time for Crosscode Anonymous meetings.

Look, just because Iā€™ve realized recently that I can shoot energy balls, doesnā€™t mean Iā€™m addicted, ok?

Plus! My wife looks cute with blue hair. It doesnā€™t matter that I cut and dyed it while she was asleep, the important thing is that I did a really good job.

And another thing! That hedgehog I punched yesterday looked at me funny, and I was pretty sure he was going to give me a sandwich when all was said and done.

Sigh fine I wishlisted it on steam but I swear to god if characters change gender when they get wet or somethingā€¦

Well I can guarantee that SOMETHING happens to characters when they get wet.

Might be what you mentioned, might notā€¦

I hope they change genders. Oh man a great game where a character can transition as a mere background element would be awesome.

This is one of the Twitch Prime free games this month:

That stinks but itā€™s still Switch or bust for me. Iā€™ll probably get it at some point, still working on a few games currently.

I got crosscode. Played about 2 hours. Interesting combat, enjoy the puzzles but I can tell theyre gonna get hard.

Oh man, just you wait
