Yeah, check out Quill18 on youtube if you need help in any sim based game. He is very instructive and keeps his videos light and interesting.
Galactic Civilizations has been on my wish list for a while and is included in the bundle below along with some DLCs and other games I donāt know.

I died in Disco Elysian pretty early in the game and Iām going to start over with a new character. Not sure why I posted that just now but here we go!

Disco is so much fucking fun, I just wish it moved along a little faster. I should add that Iām playing it on my Mac through GE Force, which Iāve been really impressed with so far.
I have no idea what Square Enix was thinking with Octopath Traveler. I got it because I loved Final Fantasy games growing up, itās 2D graphics and I had an itch for a JRPG style game.
The graphics, artwork, and soundtrack were all great, but the story is absolutely abysmal. The hook is the story is about 8 people, but absolutely none of them interact with each other so all 8 of them donāt even seem like fleshed out people. Like you have a party of 4 but none of them have interacted in any way the entire time, they all just wander around together completing 8 separate story lines together?

Interesting. Iāve had this game recommended to me by a couple of people but I opted to buy other things first. This makes it sound prettt bizarre, Iāll probably pass.
Itās not so much bizarre as disappointing. Iām 12 hours into the game and I couldnāt tell you anything about the world other than itās a generic fantasy world. I couldnāt tell you anything interesting about the story either because thereās no overarching story that I can tell. Itās just 8 separate stories that never intersect.
I havent played a basketball video game since about 2003 and wow itās so much improved. Nba 2k20 is one of the best sports games ive ever played, other than fight night.
I mean thereās so much to do and so many modes and ways to play them itās unreal. I just started tackling online play - Iāve somehow gone 9-0 with the lakers just setting up screens for lebron and dunking over centers. Averaging 75% of my points as lebron, like 40 ppg lol.
Probably old news to everyone else but holy shit what a game.

You could play POE, though you shouldnāt, but if you do Iād suggest the aura stacking herald build (approx 50 ex budget). Again, though, donāt play POE.
Xcom team two days ago dropped info that a new game is being released in 9 days. Looks really good.
playing City:Skylines on an island map when a tsumani hits. Out of a city of 15,000 I had 200 survivors

Ugh. So I went to an earlier save and tried to build canals and some flood walls. No go. Itās an 8.5. Still completely flooded my city. Ok. Restarted and landscaped a dirt wall along with canals and flood walls. Nope still no good. Built a dirt wall, took out a loan and built a bigger wall with canals, etc. Still completely wiped out.
Went to the options and turned off disasters and the disaster frequency to 0. Nope still comes.
I liked this city a lot too

I thought theyād be like disasters on SimCity, moderately dangerous but not be impossible to overcome. I finally did save the city. I had to take all three loans, turn on infinite soil, and build a huge, huge sea wall. Unfortunately everyone evacuated so my city quickly went into bankruptcy so I had to turn on infinite money. Iāll keep it on until my city gets back in the black and then Iāll go back to normal
Those sea walls are pretty cool though
