Ghost is great, just finished it last week. I played the PS4 version that I bought last Black Friday, didn’t bother upgrading although if I had just waited I would have bought this deal.
Haven’t seen a lot of particularly juicy deals but I haven’t been looking since I don’t need anything. There are scattered first party Nintendo games down to $30 which is cheap for them - I picked up Animal Crossing to play with my daughter (although she experienced Mario Kart and Smash Bros. this weekend and now wants to play those instead lol). Horizon Forbidden West is down to it’s lowest price ever at $30 but you’ll probably be able to get it for less than that soon.
Currently playing The Surge 2, a janky, sci-fi souls-like whose most distinct feature is you have to dismember enemies to get their armor and weapons as well as to upgrade them.
Seems pretty good, took me a while to get through the first level for the first time and then way longer to get through the second level. I gave up on the third boss - runs are too long and honestly didn’t feel like dealing with the level of difficulty anymore.
last week i got raided and told to kill myself for over an hour. it’s worse by a factor of 10 because league doesnt try to function as a community. you dont need to join a guild or socialize to succeed in league. you do in wow and the people you interact with are generally the lowest of scum in society. dont know why this is, I blame blizzard-activision’s culture - a toxic and horrible company culture will be reflected in the player base.
shit like, you can catch a month ban for being afk for a minute and a half in a bg, but spam the n word in chat you MIGHT get a day or two. maybe.
dont get me wrong i have made some friends but 99.9% of the players im not sure i wouldnt step right over them if they were dying in the gutter. it is that bad.
the reason I know this is because ive used the sn “jmakin” in that game since 16 and you wouldnt believe the amount of random “FKN N******” messages I get.
Damn I have to add another to the list. That game was amazing. The emulator version didn’t quite work. Mine crashed all the time and I didn’t have the will to go find out how to fix it.
