Does steam still have the original versions? Re-running the originals might be interesting. Have you looked at games like Rimworld on Oxygen Not Included? They are pretty good time syncs, I’m having fun with Spacehaven at the moment.
The originals are great for when they were released. As much as I loved them then, I tried playing not too long ago and they just dont hold up. The atmosphere and music is still great but the gameplay just doesnt compare to the current games.

It’s brutal. Very similar to the first one with a couple new weapons and a revamped skill tree.

I loved Sekiro eventually, found that the most brutal game at first. Now I want to try parrying in games as opposed to dodging and blocking
