Not kink shaming but is Kirby turning into a car a new fetish?

No, the new Kirby game allows you to become a car

I know that, but people seem to REALLY like his car form

I somehow never played the original, despite it being squarely in my wheelhouse. Looking forward to giving this one a try.

Anyone here play Destiny?

Free on Epic:

X-Com 2
Insurmountable

X-Com 2 is one of the all-time great strategy games. Especially if you play it with the Long War 2 mod which adds a lot of depth to the campaign.

Agree wholeheartedly, but anyone who hasnā€™t played it should spring for the War of the Chosen DLC as well.

Apparently Nintendo Switch Sports is coming out at the end of the month and for some reason it seems like no one has heard about it? Looks like itā€™s basically a modern remake of Wii Sports with a few other things added in and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.

Iā€™ve never been much into video games. I did used to have PS3 but gave it away bc I never used it. Any suggestions for some simple free or cheap games for an old man? Just looking to while away a few hours now and then. On phone, tablet or pc, unless someone is giving away consoles.

Epic Games is giving away games for free every week and there are some good ones among them. Signing in once a week to claim them is worth it.

Rocket League [football but with cars]
Might & Magic: Chess Royale [not chess; you create, place and upgrade a team that then auto-battles, simple but good enough to kill some time]
Trackmania [racing game, never played, but looks fun]
Trials HD [Arcade bmx racing]

There are a ton of free-to-play shooters and MOBAs but they can have a steep learning curve

Check out Slay The Spire. Itā€™s a deck building card game. I really enjoy it.

Am I the only one playing a ton of Halo: Infinite multiplayer? Havenā€™t seen it pop up in this thread hardly at all.

I really enjoy following the pro scene. The game went live last November. The first major tournament was in December, won by a team called Cloud 9. The next 4 weekly smaller tournaments were all won by Cloud 9, and then they won the next big tournament in Anaheim in February.

My favorite team is Optic Gamingā€¦ their best player Lucid is otherworldly. Theyā€™ve placed between 2nd and 4th in all those previous tournaments. After Anaheim they made a shrewd roster move, cutting their worst player and bringing in a new player to the team, and their results have gotten a lot better. They just beat Cloud 9 in a 75k invitational tournamentā€¦ and are looking strong in scrimmages with other pro teams.

The next big tournament is this coming weekend in Kansas Cityā€¦ Iā€™m really looking forward to seeing if they can do it on the big stage!

Hereā€™s a highlight reel of Lucid making jaw-dropping plays, all against Onyx-level or pro competition:

Overwatch 2 beta begins tomorrow. Invite only. Iā€™m a little surprised I didnā€™t get one, as I have a shitton of hours on the game, though I havenā€™t played much in the past year. But it looks like you can get access to the beta if you watch certain streamers, so maybe Iā€™ll just load one up in my browser while I work tomorrow.

I play a lot and have been following this season of HCS. Iā€™ve kind of drifted away a little bit due to the lack of content. I only play ranked but the 4 map rotation got bland. I hit like 1600 onyx though. Itā€™s honestly the best FPS Iā€™ve played I just wish they would get the development cycle figured out.

C9 has been absolutely dominant so far. Canā€™t wait for Kansas City.

I think emails go out tomorrow.
