Honestly I was always disappointed in Fallout’s worldbuilding, it was always so tongue-in-cheek and never took its lore seriously the way The Elder Scrolls games did. Outer Worlds seems to suffer from the same vibes.

Nope. Not ready for that. Hoping the nostalgia will overcome its shortfalls.

Wow was I wrong, Deathloop is great. Terrible ps5 experience though with no aim assist but what a game, play it immediately if you’re at all good at console shooters which isn’t me or can figure out how to make it perform well on PC.
Finally beat Hades last night. Run #44.
Kept switching Weapons for variety’s sake, never really mastered one.
Used the bow, got two pretty ridiculous Daedalus upgrades stacked (Hold Attack for rapid fire and Attack auto hits up to 3 enemies). Those plus +3 dashes boon from Hermes made the Hades fight much easier.

Thought about getting outer worlds for the same reason last week bur just got Spiderman Miles Morales, which did copy a lot of stuff from Arkham.

I only briefly played diablo 2 and torchlight went to shit so I might get this and I’m just fine playing stuff like nintendo 64 games these days so I’m just gonna have fun on your rain parade.

I can’t decide… it’s really hard to give up Teleport for early magic find. My thoughts now are:
- Blizz sorc for Mephisto / Andy
- Javazon for Cows / Pindle
- Trapsin for pretty much whatever.

I actually don’t think I ever played one back in the day.
Had my first A20 win the other day in STS. With Defect who used to be my worst character but now maybe my strongest, based on how far I make it in the average game. Just a straightforward orb run - had bag of preparation with Seek to pull Echo Form and either something to increase focus or double energy to play all my powers/cards on my first hand.
