Definitely. I don’t think we know for sure what was used in the August Crimea strike so possible Ukraine has some long-range missiles that we don’t know about.
In one of the videos you can see waves from the direction missiles would have come from. Possible multiple missiles were launched and one fell short, into the water.
Fwiw, the magnetic anomaly guy who said missiles came from Odessa in August says there is a missile signal this time too, though he doesn’t give an origin.
Change flying to Russia to flying to California, and it would be indistinguishable from a Republican ad.

Idk what qualifies as LC but here’s a simulation of an attack by Ukrainian jets on the Kerch bridge. It’s from a few months ago. Not saying what just happened is anything of the sort, but it gives you an idea of how heavily defended the bridge is supposed to be against an attack from the air. It’s a pretty long video, so spoiler: Eh, possible but it’s a suicide mission.
The Ukrainians have or had Iskander missiles with enough range, though they’re not as accurate as ATACMS. I don’t think Ukraine has publicly gotten ATACMS (short range ballistic missile launched by HIMARS) but they don’t announce everything right away.
It’s probably not, but ATACMS will always be pronounced Attack-mmms, to me, like Steak-mmms, but for death from above.

US and others have been reluctant to supply longer range missiles but I think helping them develop their own capability is a completely different story.
