Although it’s likely you’ve caved and googled, but if you haven’t, here you go. He’s the subject of one of the most insane Netflix docs in recent memory. I liked it less than most and I was still highly entertained.

Attempted. He claimed she murdered her husband and fed him to her animals. Another tiger dude, Joe’s former friend, was some kind of cult/harem leader. Joe’s boyfriend (husband?) accidentally killed himself in the presence of his campaign manager (Joe ran for Governor of OK). One of Joe’s employees got mauled by one of his tigers. And this still just scratches the surface of the insanity.
I got dragged to watch it kicking and screaming. Never did see final episode. I can’t say I wasn’t “entertained”.

You may want to spoiler some of that. Riverman may not be the only one living under a rock with respect to Tiger King.
I wasn’t exactly kicking and screaming, but I was kind of like Riverman. I heard a little about the premise and I had basically zero interest in seeing. It jus sounded like something I would not like at all. Then for a 2 month period all I kept hearing was “OMG Tiger King is completely insane”, so eventually curiosity got the better of me and I watched. If it weren’t for COVID and the fact that we had blown through pretty much every other series we had an interest in, we may not have watched it.
