That is central Oslo. In that hall is where they hand out about half of the Nobel Prizes. The others are given in Sweden.

Coming from sandy beach land, I must say I did find it somewhat amusing to see so many people on the beach fully clothed, no towel, just splayed out on the rocks like murder victims lol.
