If you don’t watch the video Pluribus is apples most watched show.

Are any of those good anywhere?

TCU Medical Center in Fort Wotth

Do you have a recommendation of a soft bed with at least a partial kitchen? Almost all beds are backbreaking for me in hotels and that was the only one in Fort Worth that was ok for me. I really did not enjoy the Hampton Inn I stayed in one time, despite reviews saying the beds were soft. The room obviously didn’t have a kitchen either.

Don’t their shows generally perform terribly?

Pluribus is terrible I still haven’t been able to finish Ep.7

It’s clearly not terrible but is pushing my patience now.

Nobody knows as they don’t release any viewing data.

I couldn’t finish it because the characters were too much like real people I’ve encountered since I moved to south Florida. It just depressed and angered me.

Idk about soft beds. My back tends to do better with firm but clearly your needs are different. I tend to like Homewood Suites.

Get an egg crate single bed mattress topper thing. The single bed size is fine. I’ve had beds in Europe that were like plywood.

I’ve even gotten extra blanket/comforters from housekeeping and built up my own cushioning. I generally just needed it from hips to shoulder.

I even knew a guy that had some inflated thing that’s was designed for camping.

With any padding the trick to is to put it under the sheet/pad.

Hotels are so variable on beds.

Idk which one he had specifically

Pluribus Hey Vince, turns out an episode devoted almost entirely to showing how boring her life is without anyone around is actually boring to watch. I got through it by fast forwarding through half of it.

She’s not bored. She’s lonely. That chit was gripping. ymmv tho

I’m focusing on enjoying the ride but I do find myself internet surfing while I’m watching.

So yeah, some serious plot movement would be welcome.

I did something like that but using a king sized mattress pad folded over and getting some extra pillows (was able to get quite comfortable on top of the covers). When I did my last Texas trip, I thought it was going to be the start of many trips, so I had Amazon deliver to a ‘locker’ location before I arrived. Then I got a storage unit to stash all my extra stuff I no longer wanted to pack. That was January 2024. I haven’t been back and still don’t know if I’ll get to go back, so the question was more aspirational. At least I can be comfortable if I get to go back.

this is Gilligan’s thing. he’s much more interested in how you get there vs where you’re going. BCS was virtually the same thing. 95% of it was about how a guy ended up where we already knew he landed.

and as far as plot development, we watched a guy trek through the jungle then we fast forwarded 48 days (or whatever it was) into the future. that’s not bad imo. again, ymmv

BCS had a lot of plot movement along the way, even when there was a lot of slow burn. People are saying this has very little. I don’t think you should compare what you’re seeing here to BCS.

they say a lot, don’t they

it’s perfectly reasonable to compare two works by the same artist. these two shows aren’t that far apart.

I hope you’re right by the end of the season so I can watch, because I loved BCS.

Comparing this to BCS which was filled with lovable characters vs the mess that is Pluribus is some serious wish casting.

Maybe it gets better but it is boring as hell with little current hope of it getting better. 20% of each episode is listening to the same voicemail message.
