The Kennedy Prize Center thing is new, right?

Shows up as the year 2020 and was on the coming soon of my version

I don’t think the crazy tiger lady killed her husband. She seems too flaky and spaced out to keep something like that a secret and not get caught.

Oh there it is! For some reason it didn’t come up when searching for his name.

I saw this when it aired. Excellent show, great speeches.

Agree there. Some real belly laughs from Maron. He’s like a less deplorable Bill Burr.

Westworld’s gettin’ real dumb real fast.

Strong disagree. I think this season is great so far.

Same. It’s shaping up to be an interesting story and I like how they’re going with mixed loyalties so it’s not just humans vs machines, even though they were not at all subtle introducing that development.

That AmA seems like a propagandist Carole paid to go on there. She showed absolutely no balance in any of her answers and acted as though she knew her despite being an intern for 3 months.

Carole is a lesser evil (assuming she didn’t kill her husband) among the crew on that show but evil nonetheless.

Actual lines in E3:

“Until then we have to be smarter than them”
DRAMATIC PAUSE WITH PONDEROUS MUSIC
“Or they will find us”
EVEN LONGER DRAMATIC PAUSE WITH PONDEROUS MUSIC
“And they will kill us.”

gmafb. That is some of the laziest, hackiest dialog I’ve ever heard on a big budget HBO series.

And the plot holes, holy crap.

So robot Not-Charlotte comes home some time after the bloody massacre in Westworld. Her ex is there and he chastises her because she forgot to pick up her kid at school.

Uh… wtf happened in the days (weeks? months?) between the time when actual Charlotte was killed and Not-Charlotte took her place?

It was implied she was divorced and had some kind of custody arrangement with her son. Or maybe never married. So that was just the first time she had been expected to take care of him.

Because it’s totes believable for all that super dramatic stuff to go down but nobody checks in to make sure a routine chore is still good to go.

Damnit, I liked The Secret of My Success!

I rewatched Crocodile Dundee not long ago and was saddened to find it full of trans-phobic jokes. … Turns out the 80s sucked. Who knew?

It wasnt just the 80s.

The entire run of Friends can be basically boiled down to “Ahhhhh! Im not gay, you’re gay. Don’t touch me gaybo! (Laugh track)”

Sounds worse than it is. But at first I thought damnit Dave again???

Joke, right?

Guy craves that cringe response in his previous specials.

I think he’s being honest about the limits of what he has personally experienced/seen and how much he takes on a kind of considered faith. Marc Maron spoke on something similar in his recent special. He says something like if you list all of the things you think you know, most of them are actually well this guy said it and it sounds pretty good so I think it’s probably true.
