The Television Streaming Thread: Now With Felonies

I mean…he ain’t wrong

(and I’m an MCU fan, lol)

Watched the first ep of Invincible and it took a hard turn at the end. For those that have read the comic, is the rest of it like that? Maybe I’ll just stick to the Sopranos for now.

Nah that’s the big twist that sets up the series, rest is not that crazy.

So what’s the consensus on Cobra Kai? Watch or don’t watch.

I’ve seen original Karate Kid at least 20 times.

You should definitely watch at least the first two seasons.

It is good.

:+1:

Ok, I’m on it.

First six episodes are excellent. Gradual drop off from there.

I’m well into Season 2 and it’s enjoyable. It’s really cheesy and some shit is really stupid, but stupid in an entertaining way (mainly, why the fuck is karate such serious business?). First season has lots of nostalgia.

wanda is not a watch

and yeah what does a robot do with the mind stone/what does a human do with the soul stone?

i assumed that was a typo, lol

Also, I missed that part. The mind stone is what Vision has in his head. It’s also what unlocked Wanda’s powers. That’s why they are connected.. The soul stone is the one that Gamora died for Thanos to get

I’m 5 episodes in.

Prettay, prettay good so far.

Objectively, I’m not sure it’s great, but the fanservice makes up for a lot.

I mean Cobra Kai is pretty much all fan service. But it is a solid A fan service.

Looking that L&O up led me down the rabbit hole to discovering there will be a black version of The Wonder Years with Don Cheadle as the narrator.

What with all these fantastic synopses and other addendums written up I’m gonna be an asshole if I don’t watch Wandavision now.

OK I’M GOING IN.
