The Television Streaming Thread: Now With Felonies

I listened to a couple of these podcasts. The only one I remember was Rivers from Weezer going on about how all the lyrics to everyone of their songs is just nonsense. None of the songs mean anything and basically every riff is focus grouped for broadest appeal lmao. Never listened to the band again.

But also: thanks. I like the idea of the show.

Same as what i have. As a big REM fan, only watched that episode.

The best moment was I think Peter Buck defending Shiny Happy People.

Hell House LLC

Found footage documentary about a haunted house that ended with the deaths of 15 people on opening night.

There’s nothing groundbreaking here but I thought there were some good creepy moments throughout. The end was pretty bad though.

No friend, I left that honor for you

Something about this song makes be sad, but in a beautiful way. I’ve never been able to understand why.

Veering slightly off. I love the part “I’ve had a hole in my heart for so long”.

I didn’t think there were still so many fans

Fwiw I have Country Feedback as the best song on Out of Time.

That’s because it is. (Apparently Stipe’s favorite song.)
