Just watched the new Andy Samberg flick “Palm Springs” that dropped on Hulu today.
Absolutely fantastic. The best movie released in 2020 so far. All of the recommends and 5 bags of popcorn

Game show set place in a 90s supermarket. The host is an advanced AI whose only purpose is to tell shitty jokes about 90s brands and smile. The contestants are all replicas of video game AI who have no souls. The game consists of answering questions to add to your total time in the main event. This main even is a splendid 3 minutes of a bunch of idiots running around picking up frozen hams and coffee trying to rack up the larger grocery bill. They then get to go answer some clues for a sweet sweet $5k. Nostalgia makes it terribly awesome. If you never watched before you will probably hate it.

Oh man, I thought you meant Netflix was remaking Supermarket Sweep, but no, they have the original version from the 90’s. So great, plus you can skip past the first half and go straight to the sweeps.

Yeah I agree it was almost certainly murder. On one hand I feel bad for his friend that left him, I would carry that guilt with me for the rest of my life and feel like shit, on the other hand WTF are you doing leaving him there an hour from home.
I don’t know though. If you were trying to get away with murder wouldn’t you try and keep the body from being discovered? Its not like a bunch of dumb fucks realized oh hey there is no way the medical examiner won’t be able tell he was murdered. I think they just left it there and the incompetent cops did a half assed search.
I don’t see how he could have accidentally died. His boots being placed where they were and his beanie, I don’t see how they end up there if he had an accident. Also what kind of accident could he of even had? The water was only like 3 feet deep.
