Enjoyed the Breonna Taylor, ASAB story quite a bit less than the rest though. Although Stormfront leading an online meme army to jack up Homelander’s approval is further A+ness for her character.Starr still played it perfectly, but I wasn’t really feeling it, and Im not sure why.

No, just bits and pieces randomly but I’ve never watched them in full, also never read the books even though I read a ton of fantasy. Guess I should probably get around to that. I was looking at his IMDB page and the only movie I’ve possibly seen of his is Chronicles of Riddick. Bourne Suprrmacy too but I’m guessing he was just some random bad guy that gets his ass kicked

I would believe this as a real poster for a terrible 90s movie or as a parody of a poster of a terrible 90s movie.
If a movie has a poster of two people back-to-back, especially if they are smiling or smirking, it’s auto-horrible.

So I was wondering if there was anything else by the Steven Conrad, guy who did Patriot - a show that I truly loved even though nobody else seemed to care about it very much which really just proves that the world is full of terrible philistines. Anyway, turns out last year he did another show called Perpetual Grace LTD that has been completely unheard of despite great reviews, probably because it’s on lol Epix.
I’ve watched half of it so far. It’s darker than Patriot and even more difficult to sell in an elevator pitch, but by the middle of the 2nd episode is settles right into the same groove. It has a bunch of the same cast members as Patriot, plus Ben Kingsley being amazing, and Luis Guzman, and the guy who played young William in Westworld. It’s pretty much the same show in a different setting, and if I had any complaints that would be the only one, but I’m not complaining about that even a little bit.
If you’re one of the 6 people who also loved Patriot, you need to watch this. Everybody else, continue on with whatever inferior entertainment you normally prefer.

Yeah I started watching Good Place from it’s pilot. Extremely rare for me to do that. Which just made the s1 finale that much more special.
