WOW! This should really move the needle!!!

(Louis DeJoy still has his job and they just bought a couple hundred thousand gas powered cars as oil goes to $140 a barrel).

Fuck off Chucky

You forgot to mention that those gas powered trucks were heavy enough by one pound to avoid stricter environmental standards.

From what I can tell the GOP did a political stunt and made the USPS pre-fund like a century of health care obligations, then ran around screaming “they’re broke, lol government.” Now that Democrats control everything they’re undoing that stupid accounting rule and doing a bunch of GOP-lite bullshit because bipartisanship. LOL DEMOCRATS

Biden got him out. Trump couldn’t do that. Not tough enough. Didn’t care.

So glad manchin is in charge of the US.

Republicans running up deficits and dems erasing them is some bizarro world shit.

I don’t think there’s that much of a correlation between increasing government debt and the R vs D administrations. The size of the debt is more responsive to reality than who is President. FDR blew up the deficit a lot, but that’s only partly because he was a Radical Socialist. He also was President for several years and oversaw the debt funded participation in WWII. After that there is no discernible pattern. LBJ has his own disastrous war and was pretty progressive on domestic policy, but Nixon put way more $ on the national credit card. Ford and Carter ran similar deficits. Reagan is the most notably modern Presidential spendthrift, because bombs and low taxes are great with no downside, ldo. Clinton and Bush Sr. had similar deficit spending habits. Bush the 2nd blew up the deficit again on his socialism-but-just-for-Haliburton program. Obama’s deficits were less than Donnie Dumb Dumb’s on a per year basis. It’s really all over the map, no clear pattern of R or D debt spending.

This image is so tilting.
