yes this was the senate infrastructure bill that passed and will be sent to biden’s desk
they made a procedural vote to advance build back better, but they still have to finish it, but the non squad progs and moderates agreed on some deal in the house to finish and pass it which got this brought to the floor and completed.
So on a scale of comatose to fossilized remains, how dead is the reconciliation bill now?

I think some obviously watered down to hell version of it eventually passes assuming moderates who have a written agreement don’t lucy charlie brown. For all of manchin being annoying, he never has stood up against everyone else when it mattered.
