Pro tip: his tweets are a lot more tolerable if you imagine him on his knees with a burlap sack over his head and his hands tied behind his back next to a big hole… squealing this nonsense like a pig while Nancy Pelosi and Mitch McConnell argue nearby about whether to shoot him. Occasionally Nancy waveringly yells “shut the fuck up” at him and they go back to arguing.
This is pretty close to what is actually happening lol.

In a fair world all of the Hannitys, Charlie Kirks and other grifting sycophants making a living off of continously lying to cover for Trump’s crimes and incompetence would all face some consequence like at a bare minimum being shamed out of business. But we all know they will be there to beat the drum against whoever beats Trump (should we be lucky enough to see that happen).

Bolded is referencing the $250 million in US aid. Trump’s response:
The President: I would like you to do us a favor though because our country has been through a lot and Ukraine knows a lot about it.
He then rambles about servers and Mueller’s incompetence, blah blah blah. Let’s see how Zelensky responds:
President Zelenskyy: Yes it is very important for me and everything that you just mentioned earlier. For me as a
President, it is very important and we are open for any future cooperation. We are ready to open a new page on cooperation in relations between the United States and Ukraine.
Seems like Zelensky picked up on the situation without the quid pro quo being explicitly stated.
