Understand the sentiment and that may not be a 100% serious post, but anyone on the left who wants to make any new punishments or increase any punishments should understand that if we ever built a single stock and tried to put Bernie Madoff in it, he wouldn’t spend a second there and then someone would build lots of stocks and they’d be full of undocumented immigrants, homeless people, and Black people who didn’t say “sir” twelve times when they were stopped and frisked.
