They’re never impeaching Trump under any circumstance if it means President Pelosi.
Besides, they’ll just pull a Nixon and appoint a new VP.
I mean this is exactly what should happen. Here’s the correct order if anyone were to do it right.
Impeach In This Order:
- Pompeo
- Pence
- Barr
- Trump
i’m sitting here thinking pence is the republicans’ firewall against impeachment, but republicans think trump is the firewall. the insane base connects to open racism more than the republican political agenda. i highly doubt republican voters even know what their people campaign on, let alone actually do when elected. with trump, they can do whatever they want. sell out the environment, public health, tax rates, to the highest bidders, and they’re doing it. they don’t need pence.
if trump said, “hey, you know, we were wrong, mexicans and muslims are our friends in christ, they’re human beings who deserve the same rights as you and me, and immigrants are what america is built on.” he’d be impeached immediately.

The lawyers actually threw Pence under the bus in multiple court cases saying essentially ‘you’re free to do whatever you want to the Vice President, as he doesn’t enjoy the same protections as the president’. These are the same lawyers who said a sitting president can’t even be investigated.
The first close executive branch testimony will be from someone who is a close Pence adviser I believe on Thursday. I’m guessing the lawyers in the WH are probably cool with her testifying if it gets them rid of Pence. This dude was the guy inside the bank with the gun pointing it at the teller. If he somehow skates without at least going through a symbolic impeachment I will be livid. And I’m quite sure he will be yanking Trump off the cliff with him if that happens lips locked and hugging.
pence is the dictionary definition of a beta cuck. he’d take the blame for tons of felonies he didn’t even do if senate republicans asked him to. then we have vice president ivanka.

I think Pence is the only one who would actually resign. Though the pressure on Pompeo is getting really severe, and maybe he will.
