Because he knows he’s the most genius, brilliant, beautiful, suave, lovable man ever to walk this earth… and he knows Melania wouldn’t cry for him. But she’s clearly more deeply in love with him than anyone else is with anyone else on the planet, so if she wouldn’t cry for him, nobody would cry for their husband.

I originally thought they laughed each other to sleep without a care in the world but I’m now leaning towards their marriage being a loveless sham. George probably does his thing in NY, Kellyanne does her thing in DC, they pretend for the kids every so often.
For George to be this outspoken now, he’s probably been hammering her about her work for a long time. It seemed real for me when she went off on a reporter about George “getting his power from her,” which is laughable. Partner at Wachtell is no joke.

Yeah he said he wasn’t going to go there. Preet said that he had made it pretty clear it was a no go area before the interview and Preet being Preet didn’t tell him to fuck off then. Overall it wasn’t a bad interview but obviously there is this big fucking elephant in the room through it all.
