The Presidency of Donald J. Trump: retweets WHITE POWER, condemns Black Lives Matter, regrets criminal justice reform

I assume they get to choose which federal court to go through or something, and thus pick their pool of judges to get one from. But I’m not a lawbro so I don’t know for sure.

Right, the biggest source of fraud, to the extent there is any, most likely comes from wealthy republicans who own a home in Florida and visit it for a month every year, but say it’s their permanent residence and vote in Florida’s elections.

So if on election night Trump wins but then three days later he actually loses, I am sure he will concede gracefully.

Trump will lock himself in his bunker if he loses.

Doubt he pulls a Hitler while down there but you never know

Thing is that there are enough faithless electors that could vote Trump and make the popular vote irrelevant no matter how big the margin is. And it would be legal to do that.

Meh, doesn’t Biden’s campaign or the state Democratic party pick his electors? Not ruling out gross incompetence but they should be able to find 270 sufficiently sane/loyal people if they can overcome the rampant cheating and suppression.

And the areas that will be slower are likely to be the large cities. I’m sure that Trump will accept this fact.

OK for me, not for thee

I am pretty sure the Trump team can find it in them to arrest a few of them if there is a small margin in the EC. Just need tonliches some from states where the rules say the candidate/ state Dem party cannot replace them.
„The people have spoken. Trump has won in the electoral college. We have protected you from a coup by these evil Democrat swamp creatures. Go and ask the Supreme Court. We‘re a free country with working institutions after all“
if you want to create a dictatorship, you‘ve got to do it right.

Even just send a few proud boys with torches over to their house to make sure they “do the right thing.”

From my experience, the way FBI warrants normally work is that there is a duty judge for each federal district. For two weeks that judge is responsible for signing all warrants. So its complete luck of the draw who the judge will be. If there is a bad judge, you can wait until the new judge takes over (however, this wouldn’t really work with seizing ballots, etc. on election day). IIRC you don’t know who the judge will be more than a week or so in advance.

The warrant has to be issued by the relevant jurisdiction, so you can’t cherry pick a more favorable judge - i.e. if you want to seize property in New Jersey, you’d need a warrant from the District of New Jersey.

That said, there might be some special process that allows you to handpick your judge for certain matters. I’ve only dealt with the standard process.

If dems were at all smart they would latch on to the “praying” part and ride this to the moon.

“Trump illegally arrests and removes a white Christian woman for praying outside his rally. His attack on white christianity is unamerican and you must tell your entire church to vote him out!”

It doesn’t matter what this incoherent jackass says as long as it’s loud.
