I am not sure how long a warrant lasts for. The ones I’ve been involved with have no time limit, but were always executed immediately. I’d assume at some point the warrant must become stale, but not sure when that would be.
It should also be hard to get a warrant for future possible bad activity. Say here you want a warrant to seize ballots due to voting fraud. If you’re months before the election, how do you establish probable cause for voter fraud that hasn’t happened yet. You also need to show that what you’re seizing relates to the violation, and again you can’t know in advance what ballots are likely to be fraudulent. No judge should grant that type of warrant.

You take the information gleaned from an “undercover informant” within Antifa, laying out the plot. You take the list of people who you know via sniffing cell phone data were at the “Antifa riots” in those major cities, and you get a warrant to seize their ballots and any in their household that they might have interfered with. Also any that they might have had contact with through any organizations in question.
this would be a shit show. If he loses the EC (on top of likely losing pop vote by millions), I doubt people are going to tolerate this result. I know SCOTUS is addressing a case on this right now, but strikes me as more of a public legitimacy issue than a legal question. people won’t stand for it. I hope so at least.
I think people will be really upset. It’s very likely that Nancy will be able get Confederate names off of army bases in exchange for letting Trump keep the White House.

If they blatantly steal the election (distinct from refusing to accept the result, which is far less problematic), the possibilities are endless. As we saw in 2000, simply declaring victory and anchoring expectations around that ultimate result is hugely important.
If its simply rigged at the state level, like Kemp rigs Georgia, DeSantis rigs Florida, etc., they will almost certainly get away with it. No chance the Supreme Court overturns the “results.” If Trump mobilizes the federal government to rig it, who f’n known what happens, we will be drawing live to almost any outcome.
