Seems like if Trump comes at Biden in a debate about wanting to abolish the police (or if some dumb news station asks Biden about it), he just needs to say something like “No, I don’t want to abolish the police, but it is quite obvious that policing needs to be completely reworked. We need people to help protect our communities, but that’s the point: we need them to protect our communities.”
Some shit like that, but more intelligent.
Or just say, “lol no I don’t want to abolish the police” and deal with any outcry from the left and hope you only lose a few votes.
