Biden should be totally fine with an all foreign policy debate. Biden spent his time in the Senate on the Intelligence Committee and foreign policy is something he has a lot of experience with. He’s definitely read a few hundred more President’s Daily Brief’s than Trump has. Trump doesn’t know the names of the foreign countries much less what’s going on with them.

As the most egregious example, the abrupt decision to switch the scheduled second debate on October 15 in Miami to a virtual setting was done without consultation with our campaign at all.

Maybe don’t catch COVID and then there won’t be situations like this.
