Yeah, Chris Cuomo was hinting around that he was hearing things about the video and then later referred to the time it was recorded with a lack of trust in when it was recorded.
My opinion as a former journalist is he’s being told something off the record or on background and he believes it and it’s informing his coverage.

Holy fuck the cough/burp is also an edit. I went back and watched it again with all the talk about the video. First, bear with me. Trump always moves his hands when he talks. He doesn’t in this video and it’s been bothering me all day. Is he that weak? Seems unlikely. Anyway, we’ll come back to that.

Watch it on loop. You’re looking for a jump cut, where frames are skipped and stuff moves/skips unnaturally. Imagine if we had video of me walking across the street and edited out the middle. I’d appear to jump across the screen at the edit point.
We’re looking for that but more subtle. His body lurches a bit when he “holds back” the cough or burp, but that’s natural right? I couldn’t catch anything. So I started watching the rest of the screen. His arms, his hands, the table, the flags… Bam.
Watch the American flag, the bottom white stripe where there are ripples/shadows. As you hear him coughl/burp/gasp a little, you’re going to see the coloration change slightly. That’s the jump cut.
They edited out a cough or something.
Now circling back to his hands. Why are they so still? To make it possible to make this edit without it being obvious. His hands stay in the same place and his lower body is still and it’s easier to make the cuts.

Edit: I just went back and watched the full video and he uses lots of hand movements for the first 10 seconds or so and then goes to the fingers locked pose for the rest. I don’t know if it means anything but something def. happens when he says therapeutics.
