Nah, 12 Senators from each state, 2 ACT, 2 Territory. They have low populations though, like 250K for the NT vs 8+ million for NSW. The real outlier is Tasmania, which gets 12 Senators on like half a million people.

HR at work sent me an email that was basically:
trump executive order means we can withhold 6.1% less of your paycheck each month until the end of the year. this will result in withholding 6.1% more than normal of each paycheck for the first 6 months of 2021 to make up for it, so we will not be opting in to this program
