jimmy carter did a blanket pardon for those who dodged the draft by going to canada. most of them weren’t even charged and were in canada at the time.

I don’t know who needs to hear this but fuck George W Bush. If you didn’t live through it, he was exactly like Trump but slightly less corrupt and slightly less racist. A complete dunce who was given everything, earned nothing, embraced stupidity, had the attention span of a gnat and, incredibly, probably killed even more people than Donald Trump.
