This. Republicans are paying almost no price for completely reversing course on ACB. Biden should just say if Rās appoint ACB, heāll then consider packing, but then do it regardless.

Maybe thatās what Iām having trouble understanding. IANAL, so maybe itās my lack of understanding what pardon means. I was under the impression that pardons worked for crimes where you had been charged and either convicted or pled guilty. I just find it odd to be pardoned for something youāve never been charged with in the first place.
