Now is the time for Democrats to politicize the hell out of this and to treat anyone who wavers in the slightest in condemning these people as an enemy of America. “Terrorism” may or may not be accurate, but we should embrace the emotion of the term as a weapon.

Not sure about this. There’s a hard core of ride-or-die Trumpers, sure. But I think quite a few will slough off once the stink of Loser sets in. If they “rig the system” so he can’t even run, that will shield him from that. It’ll make him a relevant commentator until he dies or gets bored of doing it.
Trump and Trumpism is not a problem created by Trump winning the primary and then the '16 general. It won’t be solved by Trump losing '20 and never getting re-elected.

Republicans have been beating Democrats over the head with the “soft on terrorism” label since 9/11. We should be able to turn the tables and paint Republicans as “soft on domestic terrorism”. When the “what about antifa and BLM” complaints come up, Democrats should not even bother to answer the question and go right back to attacking.
