Capitol police are usually losers who are politically connected to congress critters, it was wholly predictable they would be useless. Its completely unacceptable there wasn’t a heavy presence from real police of some kind.
Gotta hand it to Mitch. He was right that refusing to certify the election would be a bad idea.
