This stuff always makes make me think of the hilarious scene in the Wire about taking notes on a criminal conspiracy. We laughed because of how stupid that was.
Fast forward a few years and people are publicly posting their felony crimes, in real time, on social media. Stringer Bell would lose his mind.

Force against the government and delay the execution of any law of the United States seems like a lock. Add felony murder and these MAGA fools are looking to spend the rest of their lives in club fed.

I’m hoping that looking at communication records and treating this as counter-terrorism means that they got data from cell phone companies allowing them to trace cell phone location histories to meetings with Republican politicians before the event.

I watched the fbi brief and he mentioned charging lesser offenses , then bringing more serious charges later.

I’m absolutely loving how much social media will be a factor in getting indictments of these people.
Keep in mind this is the same generation that told us the 9 year old facebook photo of us drinking a beer will lead to us never getting gainful employment again. They fucking liveblogged an actual insurrection all over social media using their real identities. Lol. It’s too delicious for me.

Yeah, Trump wants to issue the pardon at 11:59am on the 20th because he’s working at about a crime a minute pace.
I guess i assumed the charges were so light that all would prolly make bail, and my mind wandered to the dark side to see alternative motives.
