Federal prosecutor wouldn’t charge him with a DC “state” crime, right? Is there a federal burglary statute?
Also, I can see older successful people wanting to start a political career. But if you’re truly young and anywhere near as wealthy as the Trumps claim to be, why on earth would these kids have such strong political ambitions at this stage of their lives? Just proves they are NOT as wealthy as they’d have us believe imo

I’m going to assume that the people that were arrested in buildings were also allowed entry and didn’t force their way in.

There are no state prosecutors in DC. They’re all federal.

Which state allows the death penalty for felony murder? I am sure you are right I am just genuinely curious.
As others have said my anger is seeing peaceful minority protesters get fucked while inbred whites can siege the literal capitol building and get slaps on the wrist. In general I am not in favor of our current criminal justice system at all, but it should be applied equally regardless of what system we have.

I capped it at 20 because crowd would disperse once shooting started. The video with Ashli breaching the door is instructive here. There was an immediate about face as soon s her body dropped.
