What do you think 90% of cops and military are? Same situation yesterday. Not saying they aren’t dangerous as a group, or highly dangerous in some individual cases but they are absolutely LARPing.

Think about how this must look and feel if you are a trumpie congresscritter. It must have been terrifying (these guys are spineless), and it must have felt like Trump himself sic’d his personal moron army on you, and sat back and watched and laughed and egged it on, when he could have stopped it.
I mean that’s precisely what happened, but to all but maybe the most sycophantic gop members, it had to feel like a betrayal. I’d be enraged if I were any of them.
The only positive thing about this that I can find is that I think it’s good for officials who are supposed to be serving the people to feel a little fear of the people every now and again.
