The National Football League

It’s wacky that he threw for damn near 1000 yards between SB LI and LII.

Aaron Brooks?

Manning?

If not Manning, then Hebert.

Packers drafted him.

Hebert was undrafted.

Archie Manning is the other answer that came to mind aside from AB (which is wrong). Though I think Archie is a bit too well-known for a trivia question here.

EDIT: Okay, I see the answer now. Not gonna reveal because I cheated to get it.

Yeah it’s a fun one. From an era best remembered for something else. And said QB was pretty forgettable in his own right.

Just gonna throw out a random guess of Billy Joe Hobert. If not him, that other Billy Joe QB they had around the same time.

Tolliver

You’ve got the timeframe right but Hobert and Tolliver were drafted by the Raiders and Chargers respectively.

Old enough to remember when he was famous for being a coach.

I was just telling my wife that an entire generation only knows him as a name on a video game.

He’s dead, so that means he’s not going to be alive anymore.

I’m going to hell for that.
