Or they win a title. My buddy did this with the Rams of St Louis during their Greatest Show on Turf days after forswearing them following years of futility. He’d previously justified turning his back on them because they moved from LA to St Louis.

I think if you give up for that reason, then you need less justification to go back.
Personally, my favorite example is Marvin Harrison, who somehow maintained a good guy reputation after obviously murdering a dude. Lol Philadelphia police.

I think that ID and OR have better Seahawks fans than WA because any real Hawks fan has to hate the Rams more than the Niners. Russell Wilson is 16-4 against the Niners and 8-12 against the Rams.
