The National Football League

That sounds like the sort of rhetoric that anti-union workers use to complain about fatcat unions.

Ok Barry tricked a bunch of people again claiming Mahomes was sitting out unless the Chiefs changed their name. This was obviously false and people are dumb for believing it.

But if Mahomes actually did this would the Chiefs change their name?

How do you know heā€™s not referring to the Spanish version pronounced Hey-Zeus? I love that name too.

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson is not practicing Wednesday because of issues related to COVID-19, sources told ESPNā€™s Jamison Hensley and Adam Schefter.

The NFL flagged Jacksonā€™s latest COVID-19 tests and is still trying to process and evaluate the results, sources told Hensley and Schefter. The Ravens also are seeking clarity regarding Jacksonā€™s test results and are awaiting answers from the league, according to Hensley and Schefter.

Lmao ā€œstill trying to process and evaluate the resultsā€. Itā€™s a fucking positive test thereā€™s not much to process.

I know nothing of Chiefs ownership, but if thereā€™s one thing Iā€™ve learned in the last several years itā€™s that wealthy people will make horrible financial decisions to own the libs.

Those rapid tests are highly prone to false positives and was a pretty common problem last year. Of course the action is pretty simple. Isolate, re-test, and if two tests 24 hours apart come back negative, return to play.

It happened to Stafford last year. His wife, known for making deplorable adjacent statements online, threw a tantrum about other moms not wanting to let her kids play with their kids as her husband awaited the results of a re-test.

I need to find the whole Rodgers press conference lol. The quotes and clips have been incredible.

First Iā€™m hearing of it. Feel like I have to watch now

I wouldnā€™t have driven off the cliff, but all the barricades and signs telling me to stop really pissed me off. Driving off a cliff should be a personal decision between me and gravity.

Comments are unanimously pro Rodgers and lol front office

Itā€™s correct to lol both the front office and AR.

Obviously front offices and coaches should get feedback from their franchise QBs.

But criticizing the GB front office for letting guys like Clay Matthews, Jordy Nelson, Randall Cobb walk is weak. They made the right calls on almost all of the players Rodgers listed.

If the Packers FO should be criticized for anything, it should be for allowing Mike McCarthy to coach the team for 13 seasons.

Yeah, exactly. Iā€™m sure thatā€™s really the root of it but Rodgers canā€™t actually say that.

Itā€™s fun to watch athletes who just give zero fucks. I do feel for the packers front office though. It has to be the worst sport to work in the front office for. Basketball you just try to land a couple stars that get along well. Baseball is a lot of analytics and budget. But NFL you have a rigid salary cap, players whose production changes drastically from one season to the next, and you still have to placate the egos of superstar QBā€™s and find a balance between them and trying to build a lasting and functional team.

Although lol Packers FO for drafting a first round QB in 2020 and then refusing to trade their 37 year old QB when he wants out.
