I’m less worried about Lance’s one year because it was part a covid fluke and he started at age 19. I put a high priority on how early in their college careers players are starting / producing, because of, well, how aging and development work. Guys who don’t start until they’re seniors (especially older ones) worry me, because if you can’t stand out from other college players until you’re older than them, how can you stand out in the NFL? (Plus for seniors and fifth years, a lot of their best peers in their class are already in the NFL.)

Am I the only one that thinks Rodgers is overreacting to the Packers drafting Love? You are the League MVP. Who cares about some back up? It’s your team. Be the alpha male that football players gravitate towards.
Rodgers’s career has been hindered by incompetence in the front office and in coaching. He’s basically carried that offense on his back during large parts of past seasons whether due to injuries or just a lack of talent.

If you could get the career of Gronk he’s a snap top 3 pick though. Beyond a top 5 QB, it’s hard to get much better value.
There are like 3 great TE in the whole NFL. Getting one should be a bigger priority for teams imo.
